We're running out of wrist room here at R29, but we'll make the space for these Same Sky wrap bracelets that are constructed out of Rwandan textiles and hand-blown glass beads. The trade-not-aid company employs 32 HIV-positive Rwandan genocide survivors, paying them a relatively high wage and additional job training. We're loving the vibrant color combos (can anyone say Proenza, spring '10?) and really appreciate the fact that you can wear these babies as necklaces and hair wraps, too. The bracelets sell for $40 and are available at Cynthia Rowley in NY and will be soon at SameSky.com.
