As much as we gripe about the pitfalls of our fair city (freeway fatigue, anyone?), we truly do relish in every minute spent on our SoCal stomping grounds. Sometimes, we even pinch ourselves to make sure we aren’t in a dream-like daze. After all, we're pretty lucky to live in an place that’s constantly sun-soaked and popping with cool peeps, astonishing architecture, and elusive events.
Well, apparently the people over at VMAN get it, too. They’re honoring lovely Lala, and including some mayj L.A. movers and shakers in a 36-page “diary,” shot by renowned American photographer Bruce Weber. Oh, and Elizabeth Taylor’s granddaughter, Naomi Wilding, subbed in as fashion editor, styling the feature. Cool collab, no?
We’ve got first dibs on some of the enticing imagery of the attractive guys and gals galavanting ‘round, and are giving you a glance at what’s in store for the newsstand, come May 17. Have a look at the Cali-cool snaps that involve everyone from Revenge’s Joshua Brown and Lange Foundation's Gillian Lange to a sweet mix of surfers, skaters, models, and more. Just click through and get ready to feel that glowy appreciation for Cali wash over you.
