You know we're kind of obsessed with spring nail polish right now and the best nail art salons in L.A., so when we heard that the TV Guide Network was set to launch a reality show centered on a nail salon, we practically hyperventilated with excitement. "The Nail Files" will feature The Painted Nail, a celeb-frequented Hollywood salon run by manicure queen Katie Cazorla. Produced by the masterminds responsible for The Jersey Shore, there's sure to be drama aplenty—but hopefully less pickle references.
