A Fave NYC Boutique Owner Is Headed West! Will She Open Shop?

Excuse us while we slow our sartorial heart rates. While catching up on our Racked reads, we stumbled upon the news that one of our absolute favorite shopkeepers, Maryam Nassir Zadeh of the eponymous LES shop, is headed to Los Angeles.
If you're unfamiliar with Zadeh's expertly curated wares, well, let's just say that she's a queen amongst the aspirational creatives out there these days. From worldly objects gathered on intercontinental adventures to unique designs from the likes of Carven, Hache, Jasmin Shokrian, Brook&Lyn, and so many, many more, MNZ is a veritable gold mine of uncommon treasures.
But amidst all of that magical-item-culling she does so very well, Zadeh is also a mother to one, with another babe on the way — which may explain why she's relocating back to her Los Angeles roots. Truthfully, we don't know anything for sure yet, but we're granting ourselves a small spot of weekend wishful thinking here when we say we can only cross our fingers so hard that a coastal shift for Zadeh and her family means a West Coast shop is in the works, too.
That's why we've pulled together some of our favorite L.A.-friendly pieces available on the MNZ site now as a, you know, polite pretty, pretty please. Click through, and we're sure you'll be pleading right along with us!
