Did Kendall & Kylie Jenner Really Have 5 Costume Changes at Forever 21’s Hello Kitty Launch?

On the subject of multiple outfit changes, our theory is this: unless you’re hosting the Oscars (or any other awards show for that matter), we file it under “is that really necessary?” So, when we saw Kendall and Kylie Jenner at the Forever 21 For Hello Kitty Collection launch party earlier this week, our heads were spinning over how quickly the sisters (also part of the Kardashian clan) switched things up. One minute it was cardigans and knee-highs (actually kinda cute!), and the next it was clear plastic raincoats (err not so much). Our love for Hello Kitty gear goes way back, but so many outfit switcheroos is seriously giving us a headache. What are your thoughts? Just stick to one? Or the more the merrier?
