What were your first pair of jeans?
"The first denim piece I remember wearing obsessively were my Osh Kosh B'Gosh overalls. I also had this acid-washed denim floral jumper that I loved. I would probably still be wearing that jumper today if it fit!"

Obesity and Speed bleached denim vest: "I'm a huge fan of Obesity and Speed. This particular piece is custom bleached and adorned with some really badass chains. I think every woman should have a denim vest in their closest. It makes you feel just a little bit tougher!"
Cheap Monday high-wasted black jeans: "These are jeans are classic and super-comfortable. I've been wearing lots of cropped tops, and these jeans are the perfect accompaniment."
Bambi and Manson studded cutoff shorts: "This is my new favorite label. It's run by a young couple who customize all of their shorts by hand out of their Berlin apartment. Check out their new collection, Let's Run Away to L.A. They've even named a pair of shorts after me!"
Jezebel and Toff custom denim vest: "This is my take on a classic punk denim vest. I purchased the vest from Search and Destroy in NYC, and had it customized by my friends at Jezebel and Toff. It's over-the-top and perfect for stage."
How many pairs of jeans do you own?
"I love clothes, but I'm not excessive. I have about five pairs of jeans that I wear constantly. My collection of denim shorts is growing. I'm currently at about six pairs."
"Sexy and skinny."
Used or new?
"I love vintage denim that is manipulated and reinvented. Dye it, stud it, bleach it, shred it, the possibilities are endless!"
What's your signature wash...or does it matter?
"Doesn't matter. I wear everything from acid wash to black denim. I've also been wearing tons of pastel washes."
If your jeans had a name or theme song, what would it be? Or do they?
"Joan Jett, 'Do You Wanna Touch Me.'"
Favorite example of celebrity-jean wearing (i.e., Bruce Springsteen's Born in the USA album cover).
"Joe Elliot of Def Leppard. So '80s, so shredded, so AWESOME!!"
What do you love most about your favorite denim pieces?
"They never go out of style!"
