Proving the pampered pooch brigade is underway, The West Inn & Suites hotel in Carlsbad, San Diego announced an entire room-service menu just for dogs. With items including (but definitely not limited to) a deboned rotisserie chicken, and even a veggie burger for the trendier pups, this canine-only cuisine promises to satisfy even the pickiest of breeds. And, who knows, maybe your four-legged friend will save some leftovers for you to pack in a doggie bag...for yourself.
