Sometimes, shameless movie plugs are just cheap marketing ploys. Other times, they're the best thing ever. Channing Tatum and his Magic Mike XXL co-stars dancing on a float at L.A. Pride yesterday happens to fall into the latter category. Making a surprise appearance at the annual LGBT festival in West Hollywood, Tatum danced his way down Santa Monica Boulevard on a Magic Mike XXL-bedecked float to promote the flick. He was joined by co-stars Matt Bomer and Adam Rodriguez, plus a handful of shirtless dudes. Their jam of choice? Ginuwine's "Pony," which is featured in the movie's trailer. Showing his support for the festival, Tatum donned a rainbow bandana and wristband. Sadly — much to the crowd's dismay, we're sure — the actors remained fully clothed. But hey, all the more reason to grab the girls for a screening of the movie, which comes out July 1. In the meantime, feast your eyes on the video below that E! Online so graciously found for your viewing pleasure.
