This Insider Tip May Help You Score An Apple Watch

It's certainly not a stretch to say that L.A. does things a bit differently than the rest of the country. So, naturally, our city's stylish set may not be beating down the doors at an Apple store to nab the brand's latest gadget. Instead, in-the-know Angelenos will be heading to Maxfield's pop-up shop tomorrow, April 24, to scoop up the hot-off-the-assembly-line Apple Watch. As Business of Fashion reports, the West Hollywood boutique was chosen as the only retailer in the U.S. (other than Apple's own stores) to stock the shiny pieces of hardware. International shops also selected for this special honor include Paris' Colette and Milan's 10 Corso Como. How's that for some fashionable company? However, considering Maxfield is one of the most cutting-edge stores in L.A. (A-listers like Gwyneth Paltrow and the Olsen twins are regulars), there will likely be a line. But, once you get in the doors, you can expect to take your pick among all three versions: the Apple Watch, the Apple Sport, and the Apple Edition. We suggest you hightail it over there tomorrow — your wrist will thank you. And, don't worry, we won't tell your boss where you really went on your lunch break...
