Found: A Trio Of Summer It Bags From A Rising-Star Designer

Purple is sometimes hard to pull off. "Eggplant", eggplant, on the other hand, is deceptively easy. Especially when it comes in the form of the perfect handbag. And, no one knows it better than NY designer Monika Chiang, whose mastered the just-right tone in two different iterations. One is a deep eggplant found on a satchel that'll last you from spring through winter and then through spring again. The other is a lighter shade in a splattered, butterfly's wing-esque print that lands on a hard-as-nails clutch and shoulder bag. Only problem? We can't decide which we love most. So, we've got a genius solution. Since each of the three bags has a different shape and feel, we're justifying falling for the whole trio (and saving up for them, too!). Check 'em out to whet your appetite and tell us which takes the top spot in the comments below.
