A Fashion Blogger's Closet, Decoded

While there's a seemingly infinite amount of shoes, bags, and clothing on the market, bloggers — like everyone else — play favorites. Every fashion week, we'll see the same bag, the same shoes, or the same sweater on multiple influencers. Much like we can trace back their stardom by digging through their archives, we can also pinpoint what items pique a blogger's interest by scrolling through Instagram.
They'll place the same sunglasses on their brunch tables. Or, they'll confess to buying the same bag in multiple colors, out of sheer love for the style. Bloggers may spearhead new trends, but they, too, fall hard for certain items — and just can't get enough.

It should come as no surprise that dressing like a fashion blogger is not cheap. Though there might be some Zara and Topshop mixed in to create a perfect high-low mix, a blogger's wardrobe is anchored in Isabel Marant sweatshirts and Chloé crossbody bags.
And, while much of it isn't shoppable online (no matter how hard we pray at the Céline luggage tote altar), we found some of the brands today's top bloggers can't get enough of in the slideshow ahead. From Charlotte Olympia to Karen Walker, click through to see the MVPs of the influencer market.

The Chloé Bag
Crossbody satchels come in and out of style. But, Chloé's classic Drew bag has remained popular among the fashion flock. One of its biggest fans: Aimee Song of Song of Style. (In fact, Song has assembled quite the collection.)

The Charlotte Olympia Flats
Once upon a time, a pair of Chanel ballerina flats were the epitome of chic. While the crossed c's aren't going anywhere, Charlotte Olympia's kooky designs have won the hearts of bloggers when it comes to off-duty footwear — Leandra Medine of Man Repeller is no exception.

The Karen Walker Sunglasses
When it comes to sunglasses, all the influencers turn to Karen Walker for their oversized fix. And, according to Instagram, the Super Duper Strength, as seen on Nicolette Mason, is the model to beat. (Also: A peek at Mason's toes reveal another blogger bit by the Charlotte Olympia bug.)

The Equipment Shirt
For classic silk blouses, fashion bloggers turn to French brand Equipment for quality and always-perfect fit. Julie Sarinana and Arielle Nachmani have both been spotted in this summery striped button-down. While the specific style is sold out, you can find a bounty of other prints on Equipment's site.

The Stella McCartney Platforms
Fashion bloggers can't be afraid of heights — that's what we can conclude from their footwear, at least. These sky-high Stella McCartney oxfords have found their way into many closets in the last year — including that of Marta Pozzan. They come in lace-up, monk strap, and star-studded form.

The Dior Sunglasses
Of all the high-fashion items on Julie Hengel — the Chanel bag, the Alexander McQueen scarf — the most eye-catching are her Dior sunglasses. Not only do these reflective shades attract camera lenses at fashion week, they also Instagram quite well (no doubt a reason why they're so popular among bloggers).

Rumi Neely, Kendall Jenner, and countless others have sported Balenciaga's signature Ceinture boots in all its hardware glory. A couple seasons in, they're still going strong.

The Paula Mendoza Choker
Chokers are back, and chicer than ever. Bloggers have vetted the '90s trend — especially if the chokers in question are gold-plated. Paula Mendoza's neck-wrapping design is in Lainy Hedaya's, Leandra Medine's, and Danielle Bernstein's jewelry boxes.
