Rumi Neely Shares Her Favorite L.A. Haunts — & What To Wear

If there's one gal we trust to deliver real-deal West Coast styling tips to snap us out of a sartorial rut, it's Fashion Toast blogger Rumi Neely. The L.A. native has been one to watch since '07, back when she was selling vintage gems on eBay and documenting her outfits way before the blogger boom.
Now, Neely is a veritable force in the industry, not only sitting front row during Fashion Week but owning the catwalk, too. And, after years of minting her own downtown-cool-meets-surfer-babe aesthetic, Neely shares three carefully culled, quintessentially L.A. looks featuring her favorite Juicy Couture pieces from Kohl's.
Because we couldn't let her go without getting some intel on her local hangs, she also dishes on three of her favorite haunts, which unsurprisingly are all in West Hollywood. "I basically never leave the two-mile stretch of West Hollywood between La Cienega and La Brea," she says. "Everything I need is right here!"
