20 Ridiculously Chic Outfits At The Whitney Art Party

Tuesday night parties give extra-special meaning to the term Hump Day, and, with the Whitney's annual Art Party yesterday evening, we're glad that we're this close to the long weekend, especially as both Belvedere and Chandon served as title sponsors. The event—full name The Whitney Art Party: The Groundbreakers—was so titled because the museum's new, Renzo Piano-designed location in the Meatpacking District broke ground that very morning. Always an occasion for the spring social set to get a little creative, outfit-wise, this year was certainly no exception despite the change of venue, with best-dressed girls like Lauren Santo Domingo, Lauren Remington Platt, Meredith Melling Burke, and Taylor Tomasi Hill (try saying that three times fast), flaunting bold textures, high-impact patterns, and the season's most on-point silhouettes. Oh, and Lily Kwong's flowing, two-toned Lanvin gown might have shot up to number one on our summer wardrobe wish-list.
Check out some of our favorite looks from the night, and let us know who YOU think won the style war!
