After decades of debate surrounding the issue, Governor Brown is expected to sign a bill that would allow nearly two million undocumented immigrants to get California driver's licenses. We'd be the 11th state to pass this law, after New Mexico, Utah, Washington, Illinois, Nevada, Oregon, Maryland, Vermont, Colorado, and Connecticut. (LAist)
