Photo: Rex USA.The Coen brothers are at it again. But, this time around, the prolific filmmakers are swapping the silver screen for the small screen. The brothers are resurrecting their 1996 film Fargo and turning it into a 10-episode TV series on FX. The brothers will serve as executive producers on Fargo the show, which is only loosely based on the famous flick.
According to Screen Rant, Billy Bob Thornton will star as Lorne Malvo, "a rootless, manipulative man who meets a small town insurance salesman and sets him on a path of destruction."
