This Metallic K-Beauty Mask Is Flying Off Shelves — But It's Finally Back In Stock

You always want what you can’t have — especially when it comes to beauty products. That’s why we’re getting the inside scoop from your favorite retailers on what’s selling out right now, how to sign up for waitlists, and where to go to find the next best thing. Because if everyone’s buying it, you know it has to be good.

Iridescent, otherworldly, fun — these aren't normally words I'd use to describe any old face mask. But Disco Kitten isn't any old face mask. The silvery jar of goo from K-beauty brand Memebox's skin-care arm, I Dew Care, is a shimmery miracle that doesn't just sit pretty on your face, but actually brightens your complexion like crazy, too.

The mask only launched last month and has already sold out twice at Ulta Beauty. It's loaded with soothing oat extract and exfoliating pearl powder to immediately brighten your skin; once it dries, it's meant to be slowly peeled off — an act which anyone who spent their elementary school days peeling dried Elmer's glue off their palms will find ridiculously satisfying.

Thankfully, Ulta Beauty has finally replenished its stock of Disco Kitten ($23). If you miss your chance to grab a jar, check out the slides ahead for five other illuminating masks we love just as much.

Like Disco Kitten, GlamGlow's GravityMud Peel-Off mask features a similar metallic finish, but it's better suited for those looking to firm and lift their skin. While we can't say it's a facelift in a jar, our skin felt noticeably smoother after using it.

GlamGlow GravityMud Firming Treatment, $69, available at Sephora.
This bright orange peel-off mask contains coffee bean extract, ginseng, and fruit acids to gently exfoliate the skin.

Origins GinZing Peel-Off Mask, $27, available at Ulta Beauty.
Those with oily complexions will love this peel-off mask from Boscia, which contains black charcoal and vitamin C to absorb excess oil and brighten the skin.

Boscia Luminizing Black Mask, $34, available at Sephora.
This two-step rubber mask kit from Dr. Dennis Gross is fun to use if you're up for a little science experiment. Mix the activating powder and the gel together and apply the blue goo onto your face. Once it dries, slowly peel off the mask to reveal smooth, hydrated skin with zero sticky residue.

Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Hyaluronic Marine Hydrating Modeling Mask, $46, available at Dr. Dennis Gross.
Peel-off masks can be cumbersome and messy. If you're looking to mimic the results of Disco Kitten without the fuss, try this sheet mask. It's got niacinamide, vitamin C, and fermented yeast extract to brighten and moisturize dull skin.

Dr. Jart+ Brightening Infusion Hydrogel Mask, $7.50, available at Sephora.
