Reese Witherspoon used her Saturday Night Live monologue last night for one very special purpose: To apologize to her mom, Betty, for breaking the rules in her teenage years. "Mom, I'm really sorry that that one time in high school I told you I was having a sleepover at Ashley's house, but instead I checked into a hotel with my boyfriend," the Hot Pursuit star revealed. "But then I felt so guilty that I left and went back to Ashley's house." Other members of the SNL cast paid tribute to their moms ahead of Mother's Day in similar, hilarious fashions. Jay Pharaoh said sorry to his mom for throwing away her carefully crafted lunch sandwiches during his youth while Bobby Moynihan apologized for scribbling on the wall as a kid... and blaming it on his grandmother. What Reese and the SNL players did not expect, however, is that their moms had a little retribution of their own lined up. And, it was pretty hilarious.
