Everyone is well aware that Johnny Depp is a bona fide dreamboat, right? Well, if you happen to be blind or you're just not a fan of dudes with a penchant for flavor savors, get a load of this: The 49-year-old actor wooed Amber Heard (she's 26, by the way — you do the math!), by sending her a handwritten poem and flowers every day for a month. And, as if 30 sets of love notes and roses weren't enough to have Heard weak in the knees, Depp apparently flew her to his private island in the Bahamas for a romantic vacay. One word: swoon.

The two met on the set of their film The Rum Diary, and quickly hit it off. However, the actress insisted on staying single, considering both had recently left long-term relationships (a tiny part of us wishes he were still with Vanessa Paradis!). But, you'd have to be insane not to accept Depp's advances, which is why Heard did what any gal with a heart would do and gave in, making every woman on the planet incredibly envious.
So, as we sit and wonder what lines he may have used or what color of roses he chose, we just pray all the dudes who read R29 are taking notes! (The Sun)
