We're all about experimenting with fashion and dressing up on occasion (hello New York Fashion Week!), but this guy takes it to a whole new level. Thomas Prusik-Parkin, a Brooklyn resident, has just been sentenced to a minimum of 13 years in prison for dressing up as his dead mother in order to scam the government. Beyond the obvious Norman Bates ref and disgusting factor of the getup, Prusik-Parkin stole over $44,000 from Uncle Sam and went so far as to don a wig, sunglasses, and dress to do so.
