It looks like the end of August is shaping up to be filled with star weddings. Not only are Kim and Kris tying the knot on August 20, but we hear that Sofia Coppola will also be marrying Thomas Mars at the end of the month. On August 27, the director and rock-star couple will be joined by a small group of family and friends in Italy—specifically, Francis Ford Coppola’s Palazzo Margherita, a 19th Century property in Bernalda that is being restored and will soon be open to the public. And while we still have no word on who will be designing Sofia’s dress for the big day, rumors of Alaïa and Marc Jacobs are still going strong.
