Travel influencers might lead you to believe that everyone layers on three sheet masks and guzzles Perrier in business class, but the rest of us crammed in Southwest economy are lucky if we even remember to pack a 3 oz. facial mist. But if you forgot to prep for a cross-country flight and are left with breakouts or dry patches from all that recirculated cabin air, not all is lost. According to dermatologist Joshua Zeichner, MD, and Leslie Baumann, MD, there are a few steps you can take to reset your skin once you've touched down at your final destination.
