Just in time for fashion's fiercest playing dress-up (Fashion Week style), we decided to co-host a little shopping party at one of our favorite Brooklyn vintage boutiques, Mafalda. Along with R29's very own Christene and Piera, loads of locals and vintage enthusiasts, including Daily Candy's Erin Wylie, Madewell's Gigi Guerra, and Band of Outsiders Nicole Cari, came to ogle and snap up owner Christina Kolbe's bounty of pristine goods. Amid frosty Presidentes and some good '70s tunes, shoppers picked up mint pieces from Chloé, Yves Saint Laurent, and Oleg Cassini among others (and at a sweet discount, too).
