The Chinese New Year is, among many things, an opportunity to celebrate a rich culture (and amazzzing food!) and New York chef, Kevin Chun shows us amateurs how! We headed to his outpost, Tribeca's Macao Trading Company, where he prepared his Chicken and Pork Belly Dumplings just for us, packing them with serious flavor — ingredients like scallions, ginger, and garlic — that (if your anything like us) your friends won't believe you knew how to handle.
