What Does J.Lo Know About T-Shirts? Apparently Enough To Start A T-Shirt Company

Though she may be the unofficial spokesperson for velour tracksuits, floppy hats, and gold lamé, Jennifer Lopez is throwing her expertise behind T-shirts. Teaming up with entrepreneurs MJ Eng, Brian Lee, Erica Zohar, and Jeff Marine, J.Lo is launching Teeology.com, which will offer up limited-edition luxury T-shirts that will get manufactured based on how many positive votes it gets by its users (start playing around with it here). The pieces start at $29, and judging from its website's splash page, the line might contain pieces that look as sophisticated as the sale rack in a juniors' department (yes, that is a screenprint of an oversized pair of sunglasses, and yes, the model is also wearing a pair of real sunglasses). Also, following up on her previous fashion endeavors including Sweetface, there was a complete missed opportunity on naming the company Sweet Tee. The only way she can make it up? We'd love to see J.Lo returning to her roots and bring back the V-neck, deep V-neck, and to-the-belly-button-Versace-at-the-Grammys V-neck. We all know how well that look did on the Internet! (WWD)
