In big news for Hollywood, Overbrook Entertainment, made up of Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith and partners, have joined forces with Jay-Z to develop and produce films. We hear that discussions are underway about a possible remake of Broadway musical Annie , with Willow Smith slated to take the lead role. If there's anyone that can remake Annie, it's gotta be this crew: Overbrook was responsible for the successful remake of The Karate Kid, Jay-Z knows all about a hard-knock life, and whilst Annie was famous for her carrot top, Willow's tresses definitely have their own hair-whipping claim to fame.
