Is it nostalgia for the twinkling ice cream trucks of our youth? The foodie points earned for knowing what day the best falafel can be found at 46th and 6th? Whatever it is, New Yorkers can thank innovative chefs with a penchant for petrol for these tasty, cheap eats.
