Looks like our favorite vampire has snuck out of his coffin during daylight hours and, thankfully, the sun hasn't turned him into a smoking pile of ashes. Sure, "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger," but when it comes to Alexander Skarsgard —who plays the nibble-liscious vampire, Eric, on True Blood— the sun has made him not only stronger, but sexier, if that's possible. The Swedish actor, who's normally porcelain pale for his role, is looking smoking hot with some color on the cover of the June/July 2011 issue of
Interview, (don't worry, we still have GQ's June cover on our wall) shot by industry legend, Steven Klein. The combination of Skarsgard's intense smolder, sweaty hair, glistening skin, and facial hair makes him look more like a former Lost cast member (hello, Sawyer) than a 1,000 -year-old vampire, but we're not complaining one bit. Bring on the tanning reflector because the rays makes this vampire sizzle. (Design Scene)
