Fall Shoe Checklist: Robert Clergerie Goes Schoolgirl Glam, We’re Enrolling

rcembed
Our general footwear philosophy is the more the merrier. But should all the heels in the world melt away (we know, we know, we don't like to joke about such tragedies, but just go with it), leaving just one pair for fall, we'd be cool if it was the Robert Clergerie Harum shoe, now available at Opening Ceremony. Sure, the ankle-strap loafer platform dream — the French brand's second collab with the NYC institution — retails for $875, but it's kind of an all-in-one deal: They work in the office with silk pajama pants or out to drinks with your fave fall mini-skirt (Plus, can't you see the Blair Waldorf types rocking it on the stairs of the Met?). And really, when you're only going to have just one killer kick all season, Clergerie's always worth the investment. They're just in at O.C., but somehow we don't think they'll be there for long. Cue our Soho "meeting."
