TV Boyfriends Just As Dirty As Dirty John

Bravo's Dirty John will have you declaring more gratitude for your exes than Ariana Grande. The reason? Eric Bana's John Meehan is just that dirty.

Based on a true story (and the popular Los Angeles Times podcast of the same name), the titular Dirty John is the ultimate con artist, who charms successful interior designer Debra Newell (Connie Britton) into a quickie marriage. Unfortunately, he does so without Debra learning of his pages-thick criminal record... or the fact that he's done this more than once to another unsuspecting woman.

While Debra may be reeling from the realization that John is anything but a stand-up guy, she's hardly alone in learning that her dream man is a fraud. In fact, she and some other television characters should really start a support group. TV is full of boyfriends who mask their evil (or at the very least seedy) tendencies. Some may be even dirtier than Dirty John.
