Yes, summer is technically gone. But, we're squeezing everything we can out of the last few over-70-degree days of the season. And, if you're with us, outdoor runs, movie screenings in Times Square, and food feasts in Red Hook are filling up your calendars as if it were June. Read on to find out how else we'll be filling our "warm"-weather days this week. Just don't forget to pack a sweater.
Give cozy to get cozy.
Anthropologie has kicked off its annual Cozy Drive. All stores are accepting new and used (but still in good condition) women's and children's sweaters to donate to local shelters. Every donor will receive a $10 gift card, which can be used toward any full-price apparel item. So really, you give cozy to get, well, anything.
When: Now through Sunday, October 19.
Where: All Anthropologie locations.

Make new (fashion) friends.
Have you met Elizabeth? And, what about James? Well, Elizabeth and James will be hosting a sample sale for most of the week starting this Tuesday. Apparel, eyewear, and jewelry will all be marked down so be sure to make your way to midtown to get in on the action.
When: Tuesday, October 7 to Thursday, October 9 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday, October 10 and Saturday, October 11 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday, October 12 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: 260 Fifth Avenue (between 28th and 29th streets); 212-725-5400.

Run outside.
Lolë and Ashley Petretti of Stone Fox Fit have teamed up to host this week's weekly Run Club. Enjoy the last few days of outdoor-run-friendly weather with a supportive and encouraging group that'll get you to the finish line.
When: Wednesday, October 8 at 6:15 p.m.
Where: Lolë Atelier Store, 112 Mercer Street (between Spring and Prince streets); 212-226-6820.

Takeover Times Square.
Movies + music = magic, which is why we're psyched about the CBGB Music & Film Festival. Billy Idol is kicking things off this Wednesday, and the five-day event ends with a massive Times Square takeover — six performances back-to-back — on Sunday.
When: Wednesday, October 8 to Sunday, October 12.
Where: Various locations across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

See Diane Birch perform live.
Get your weekly dose of live music at Mondrian Soho's new series "Beyond the Bookcase". Every Friday night, Enoteca — the private space off the lobby located directly behind the hidden bookcase wall — will be filled with guests enjoying a three-course meal, an installed gallery exhibition by Pigeon, and music to love.
When: Fridays starting October 10 from 9 p.m. to midnight.
Where: Mondrian Soho, 9 Crosby Street (between Grand and Howard streets); 212-389-1000.

Celebrate Red Hook.
The Feast Fest, the culminating event at the end of The Feast social innovation conference (There's event number nine for you, right there!), will boast snacks and drinks from local Red Hook vendors, music from live bands and DJs, and more.
When: Saturday, October 11 from 8 p.m. to midnight.
Where: Pioneer Works Center for the Arts, 159 Pioneer Street (between Conover and Van Brunt streets).
Tickets: $50 to $100.

Get crafty in Williamsburg.
J.Crew is celebrating the opening of its newest location with a series of free Satur-DIYs. This weekend, visitors will learn to make colorful, candy-stuffed mini-pinatas. Spoiler alert! Next weekend is flower arranging, and the final weekend is screen printing. Sign up to reserve your spot, and you're good to go.
When: Saturdays, from October 11 to October 25 from 10 a.m. to noon.
Where: J. Crew, 234 Wythe Avenue (between North Third and Fourth streets); Brooklyn.

Dance the night away.
The Dance Cartel's monthly OnTheFloor series is back this week with a 90-minute interactive performance that invites audience members to move WITH the artists instead of quietly standing by. Energy-filled and technically skilled, these dancers spin you right 'round.
When: Saturday, October 11. Doors open at 8 p.m. Show starts at 9 p.m.
Where: Liberty Hall at Ace Hotel, 20 West 29th Street (between Broadway and Fifth Avenue); 212-679-2222.
