Perfect Outfit: How To Wear A Scarf

It may seem simple, but styling a scarf can actually be a bit tricky: You don't want to look like you're heading to the tundra, but you also want it to keep you cozy AND look good. Thankfully, we ran into Alex, out and about in West Hollywood who taught us a thing or two about how to rock a scarf with true skill. First of all, pick a patterned style if you're wearing a relatively mellow outfit—in this case Balenciaga black pants, a Zara button-down, and an Inhabit sweater—to temper the rest of the look. We love the Raquel Allegra wrap she opted for because it's tie-dyed and perfectly shredded, so it's easy to layer. Just slip into a pair of heavy-duty flat boots and you'll have a super stylish scarf outfit that's warm and chic.

Essential #2: Ultimate Scarf—
We love a scarf that has an unexpected print or pattern, and the texture of this scarf is seriously the bee's knees. Whether you wrap it around your neck a few times or just throw it over your go-to winter and spring tops, you'll be keeping warm without losing your edge.
