Our world came to a standstill when we first heard whispers of a Full House revival. Then, Michelle Tanner(s) claimed to know nothing about it. While we tried to wrap our heads around the situation — on Throwback Thursday, no less — Ashley Olsen went about her day, as if nothing ever happened. The designer was spotted doing what many other adults were doing in the middle of the week: heading to a meeting.
Olsen kept it casual while running around lower Manhattan — an airy trench for the cool spring weather, slip-on sneakers for getting there and back again, and an oversized scarf for the gust of wind you'd expect while crossing Broadway. Ashley's denim of choice, however, makes us think she was in a throwback mood: She sported light-wash, sightly baggy, high-waisted jeans that look like something you'd wear in, say, San Francisco in 1994.
Ashley's overall look isn't a far cry from what we'd pick out for Saturday brunching, which only reinforces our long-held belief that she and Mary-Kate should be our best friends. Today is a #TBT that will go down in the history books. Excuse us as we plan an Our Lips Are Sealed movie night and shop an Olsen-inspired ensemble for the occasion.
