Shoe brand United Nude has long been known for pushing boundaries, constantly blurring the lines between contemporary architecture and fashion in their futuristic footwear. It's no surprise, then, that the line was founded by world-renowned Dutch architect Rem D Koolhaas, who put his design skills to good use for their new U.S. flagship store, which opened Monday on Bond Street (just when we thought the street couldn't get any cooler!). The interior is seriously trippy, based on a "dark-shop" concept, where the store is shadowy in all the areas except for where the products are showcased. The coolest feature: The Wall of Light, a computer-controlled LED wall that displays shoes as art encapsulated in geometric frames. Because they know how fash-forward you all are, the shop is offering R29 readers 25% off everything in the store all day today. Just print out the handy little coupon attached to get an instant hit of avant-garde.
