Celebrate Snap-Happy Culture At This Can't-Miss Photo Show

Those of you in tune with the L.A. art scene should already know this is going on, but if you’ve been behind on local creative happenings, here’s the buzz: Every April (since '09), Month of Photography puts on — you guessed it — a month of photography-related events in the area.
One of the fêtes we're most excited about: Proje’kt LA, which mixes projection with photography showings to fantastic effect. Part one and two have already gone by, but three’s taking up residence at The Standard tomorrow.
This installment, titled “New Research,” will light up the WeHo hotspot in grand style. So, be sure to snag a place at the showing. April may be halfway over, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still get in on the Month of Photography!
When: Tuesday, April 17, from 7 to 10 p.m.
Where: The Standard Hollywood, 8300 Sunset Boulevard (at North Sweetzer Avenue); 323-650-9090.
