There's work, and then there's working it, and this perfect guy outfit is definitely exhibiting the latter. We couldn't help but notice student Everard Best, just strolling down the street. It starts with the basics (jeans and a sweater) and ends with the right touch of prep (a playful bow tie, geek-chic glasses, and velvet loafers), all topped off with a faux-fur scarf for just the right amount of flair. Extra swoon worthy? His Hermès belt and worn in, carry-it-everywhere bag. Plus, with just a few chic layers, Everard is good to go for this super-mild "winter" we're having... and that's the Best part.
