If you're scared of elevators, tough luck—the station has no stairs, meaning the only choice you have is pushing that up button. And what goes up...well, in this case, didn't go down. At 8:35 p.m. on Friday night, the elevator stopped working (no air-conditioning) with said 28, and it wasn't until an hour later that the FDNY came to rescue the panicked commuters. The dialogue is pretty funny, but not funny enough, clearly, especially when they need to go into another elevator to finally escape.
