For the past few months, I've been putting together outfits from the ground up — literally. In the winter, you just have to start with your shoes first. In the process, I've grown pretty fond of my tall boots. Whether they're over-the-knee or they just hit the tops of my shins, the warm and personality-packed pieces have become a part of my wardrobe family, fast. So, I'm not about to give 'em up that easy. Instead, I've found three (plus!) ways of transitioning my tall boots into spring. Which means you can still invest in a great pair yourself (they'll be on sale now, after all) to up the ante on your in-between season outfits. Yes, spring is coming, but that doesn't mean you have to forget everything about winter.
