Cool People-Watching Pix At IMPROVD’s Presentation

Though every night of NYFW is fit to burst with activity, it seems like, this go-round, Tuesday became the new Saturday. The presentation-turned-party format is both a rowdy and increasingly popular trend—collapsing the show and the after-party into one. New-ish label IMPROVD was no exception, with a an exhibition and showing of their debut collection (created by the founders of Atrium). Held at the Standard Hotel, the bash featured a tribe of independent women—Byrdie Bell, Becka Diamond, Corey Kennedy and more—photographed by Yelena Yemchuk. And while billed performer Robyn failed to show up (probably too busy crooning at Style.com's tenth birthday in an absurd mansion)m Sky Ferriera was more than happy to take the singing reins. We partied plenty, but don't worry, we also grabbed some style snaps of our favorite attendees—between munching on mini-burgers and checking out the minimalist architecture of the line, we spotted some on-trend looks: bright red lips, Navajo vests and, of course, the timeless leopard print.
