Saturday Agenda: Peep Some Street Art, Get A Tatt, & Munch Yummy Bites

Can’t wait for Downtown L.A.’s Art Walk smorgasboard of art, music and food next month? As it turns out, you won't have to wait: We've found a weekend event that will whet your Los Angeleno cultural appetite, stat!
Local street-art gallery Lab Art is hosting Haus Of Art Banditz, a three-hour event that will bring together both art-lovers and those they love for a one-of-a-kind showcase. The street artist collective Cyrcle, as well as a surprise special guest, will be live painting; legendary Melrose Avenue tattoo shop Black Banditz will host a pop-up; and the inimitable Coolhaus ice cream truck will be on hand to keep things chill.
Really, what more could you want on a Saturday night? Art, tattoos (for the brave and determined!), and some bacon-bit ice cream sandwiches — all corners of the culture and foodie scenes will unite for an eve you won’t want to miss.
When: February 18, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Where: Lab Art Gallery, 217 South La Brea Avenue (at West 2nd Street), 323-933-1021; RSVP here.
