Yes, it's only hump day, but we can't help but start daydreaming about our weekend agenda. The brunch ressies are on the books and there's a full tank of gas just in case a spontaneous day trip occurs. (Or, you know, we end up sitting in massive amounts of traffic!). But, the one thing that's missing from our Saturday and Sunday scenario? The accompanying wardrobe, of course!
Rather than sort through laundry, we're hitting up Funktional's sample sale that's taking place tomorrow, Friday, and Saturday. We expect tons of Rihanna-worthy (she's a fan) dresses and piles of tees, jackets, and sweaters perfect for layering on cool L.A. nights. But, what we're most excited for is the brand's beach-meets-street designs, which are great for daytime flea-market sessions and dinner dates spent at our favorite local haunts. (Sounds like an ideal day off, right?)

Our advice is to coincidentally plan your Thursday or Friday lunch break in the downtown area.
