Semi-Precious Shoes! George Esquivel And Irene Neuwirth “Pair” Up

Did you happen to catch Julia Louis-Dreyfus' black-opal earrings and bold turquoise ring as she valiantly held up her Emmy trophy last night? The 13-time nominee (tied for losses with Lucille Ball) finally — and rightfully — got her clutches on that hunk of metal!
Well, L.A. darling Irene Neuwirth helped make her a winner in the best-dressed category, too. If there was an acceptance speech for such a prize, we're sure the Veep star would thank her for the astounding accents to that cabernet-colored Vera Wang. The former Vogue Fashion Fund Finalist has been busy doing a lot more than celeb-dressing these days, though. She's moved from adorning heads to toes, teaming up with one of her fellow funders and friend, shoe guru George Esquivel (another Angeleno whose soles we heart).
The result? Nothing short of crazy-luxe leather sandals bejeweled with dreamy stones like Chrysophase and Onyx (just like JLD's)! Handmade right here in the Golden State, you can slip your feet into this killer collab starting today exclusively at Barneys. Since we're so over the Peach Moonstone for these pairs, we'll be sprinting to Wilshire after deadlines! (Then, casually strolling back with our noses glued to the ground in admiration).
