Forget the cards and flowers — we all know the real way to a girl’s heart is through her tummy, and there's no natural aphrodisiac quite like oysters. Until March 3, the surest way to get your shellfish fix without having to dive into the sea yourself involves Renowned seafood restaurant CHAYA Venice. It's debuting an exciting new Oyster Fair menu, with a huge variety of different oyster dishes on the menu every night.
Executive Corporate Chef Shigefumi Tachibe is "shelling" out a real winner of a dinner menu, serving up the mouthwateringly good mollusk in both raw and cooked forms. Let them take center stage raw (hold the Tabasco!), or dig into a Kobe short rib pot pie with caramelized sweet onion sauce and baked oyster zucchini. And by the end of the meal, we're pretty sure your hunger pangs will be replaced with another kind of burning desire.
