It’s been a big week for South Florida designers. First, we spotted Shumaq in Urban Outfitters. And now, we hear Charles Albert’s new collection just launched on ShopBop last week. Oh, snap.
A favorite of pop statement-makers like Ke$ha and Cee Lo, the Pompano Beach-based brand is known for its meticulously handmade baubles and its use of unusual stones (titanium-treated quartz, pink agate, red abalone) found all around the world. His oversized rings are a work of art, and we want one of each (take note, Santa), the multi-gem necklaces are absolute showstoppers that can dress up any look, and the cuffs are as unique as the stones he uses.
