It's clear why this outfit turned heads on the street — it incorporates the bright trend effortlessly with just the right color orange (not traffic cone, and not glow-in-the-dark). Pairing the good-enough-to-eat Joe Fresh topper over a simple white dress kicks neons and neutrals up a notch, keeping the outfit clean and crisp.
