Truth be told, we've been down with the whole Ryan Reynolds thing ever since he was the cute Canadian boy on Fifteen. Now that's he a doting dad and devoted husband, our appreciation has grown tenfold. Sure, we still have a crush on him, but now it's more of the "let's invite Ryan and Blake over for brunch and they can bring the baby" variety.
As it happens, the actor is turning 39 today. We imagine Blake Lively is baking some sort of funny cake while daughter James gums on some wrapping paper. Amusing Deadpool memes are being created in his honor. And, somewhere, Reynolds himself is jamming out to Heart in his car and tearing up as he considers just how good life is for him right now.
