It's been eight years since J.K. Rowling revealed that Albus Dumbledore was gay. But is there something else the beloved Hogwarts headmaster has been keeping under wraps?
Harry Potter fans on Tumblr may have stumbled upon a rather trippy twist: Is Dumbledore actually Death? Readers, think back to the "Tale of Three Brothers" from Rowling's final Potter book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. In the story, Death offers three brothers one wish each. One chooses the Elder Wand, the second the Resurrection Stone, and the third, an Invisibility Cloak to hide himself from Death itself. The brothers have been linked to Voldemort, Severus Snape, and Harry, but, as you can see from this fan's epiphany, Dumbledore also seems to be involved. How did we not consider this before?
So, can Death actually die? What does this all really mean? And, will Rowling confirm or deny if fans are right? We need a Pottermore backstory to break this all down, STAT. (Zimbio)
