This week is all about making over your closet...and your jewelry box...and the art on your walls. Okay, and maybe even your drink of choice. New York City is always filled aplenty with sample sales, art openings, Style Stalking book launches, and food festivals, so we've narrowed it all down to eight cream-of-the-crop events you won't want to miss this week.

Stock up on Club Monaco.

Find your new favorite drink.
While the popularity of the PSL has made it the drink of the fall season, this editor still reaches for cider, as the apple-based beverage is her preferred choice. Should you feel the same, you'll be glad to know that Cider Week kicks off this Friday. Night markets, specialty cocktails, tastings, and more make this celebration as delicious as it is fun.
When: Friday, October 24 to Sunday, November 2.
Where: Various locations.
