Starting tomorrow night, Chef Hong Thaimee will host a weekly Thai Crab & Singha Beer Feast. Roll your sleeves up to get down and dirty. Guests will hammer and pick through two jumbo Maryland crabs steamed in aromatic herbs and served with a Thai dipping sauce. Oh, and don't forget that Singha beer!
