Of course, you have an LBD. It's probably within arm's reach at all times. It's the one clothing item you slip on when your best friend texts you at 7 p.m. and tells you to be ready in an hour. And, it's the same one that will take you from a morning meeting with your boss to an evening dinner with your boo. The actress has overhauled the LBD for Ann Taylor. As the face of the brand for the past few years, Hudson is now flexing her designing muscles and recreating the wardrobe staple in five different iterations. With names like The Romantic, The Camera Ready, and Best Actress, the silhouettes include high-slit skirts with one-shoulder tops, fitted bodices with demure hems, or a lot of lace. Basically, the collection aims to fit your LBD personality and provide you with plenty of wardrobe mileage — and, if memory serves us right, we'll need it.
