Lauren Conrad’s Fave Tricks For Summer Apps In A SNAP!

Entertaining is one of my favorite summer pastimes. In fact, most of my summer days that aren’t spent at the beach are spent in preparation for a barbecue or al fresco dinner party. So, today I’ll be sharing ten seasonal hors d'oeuvres that are on my to-try list. From inspired salads to yummy finger food, these light and delicious bites are perfect for a summer soiree or cocktail party on the patio.

And, if you’re not the one playing hostess, consider bringing one of these simple starters along with you. Dinner party etiquette dictates that you should never show up empty-handed, but you also don’t want to bring a dish that might interfere with the host menu. Unless you are given specific instructions to bring another item, a simple side dish or appetizer is always the perfect solution.
